How does one become a customer of yours?

You can go to our website and order directly. If you want to receive newsletters from us, go to the bottom and fill in your email address in join our newsletter.

Can I send my order to a temporary delivery address?

Yes, you can, you fill in the address you want the item/product to be delivered to.

Which products can I buy via the web?

When you are on the website, you can directly go to the outlet and you will see all our categories. If you click on one, you will see all the goods in that category and our current stock balance for all the items we sell.

How much does shipping cost with you?

If you shop for more than SEK 600, we offer shipping. If you shop under SEK 600, a shipping fee is added

Can I supplement/change a placed order?

You cannot change a placed order yourself via the web. However, you can contact customer support at service@uniqsale.se to get help with changes or additions/deductions. Contact us as soon as possible as we will collect your order as soon as possible.

How late can I place an order for you to ship it the same day?

In order for us to be able to handle the order, pick, pack and have it delivered by the post office on the same day, the order needs to be made/sent by 12:00 at the latest.

My goods are shipping damaged, what do I do?

In the case of goods damaged in shipping, visible shipping damage must always be reported directly to service@uniqsale.se upon receipt. We would also like a photo of the damage.

My item is not working what do I do?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item or product should be defective for any reason, please contact our customer service service@uniqsale.se upon receipt and you will receive a new product delivered when you send back the item/product that is defective. We are of course responsible for the shipping costs.

Is it an open purchase or right of exchange?

There is no open purchase or exchange right. Our prices are highly competitive with the market and can therefore only offer product replacement in the event of a defect.
